Yes, certainly, we will however reserve the right to not print onto a garment if its made from unsuitable fabric in terms of our range of ink or other applications.

Silk screen printing generally has a max screen-print size of approximately 400 x 420.
Vinyl printing for banners etc are able to print on larger surfaces.
Generally we require between 5 and 7 days to complete a job. Please note that this will depend on the print complexity and volumes required. If your order is required urgently, we will do our best to accommodate you, this may however attract a surcharge.
Once an order is confirmed and a brief print is supplied, we will provide a digital mock up. Any changes can be made at this point. If a pre-production sample is required, this and any changes that need to be made will attract a set-up cost.
Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our premises to view the first off print. Please note that there is a time frame to this. We suggest you liaise with our production manager in this regard.
Yes, certainly. We use the services of a very reliable nationwide courier. Please enquire regarding rates.
Once your design/artwork is received and assuming there is no further work required, we generate a silk screen positive for every colour of each print. These positives attract a once off set-up cost and are then filed for your future orders.
Thereafter a screen is prepared, each positive is exposed followed by the set up on the print machine. This process is completed for each job and as such remains the property of New Image Screenprinters.
We will happily accommodate your wishes in terms of the number of units required. However, please bear in mind that due to economies of scale the smaller the run the more the cost per unit will be.
For textile branding, this depends on positioning and size of print, which must fit onto our machine templates.
For non-textile items, a flat surface is required.
